EVO 9 MR detuned

EVO 9 MR detuned

Yah initally, I tuned this ride. To cook this 450 whp dish, you need a darn good engineer to rub the engine in a horizontal motion at a constant rate, as the rubbing reach some amount of consistency, you need to increase the rate of motion and also increase the pressure on the engine. rub rub rub rub... yah... then as you rub, you wanna touch the bearings, the oil caps and all other round roly-poly things stuck to the engine. You listen to the breathing of the engine, the panting of the turbo then, As you rub harder and harder, the pressure and the heat generated will give the bloody engineer some sort of inspiration, yeah... then during this climatic timing, you decide to put in those important theories and hard found knowledge on cars into play...

the result is orgasm.

Like our sticky workshop friend says, its not how many girls you fark, its how many quality fark you have. Some how this farking theory works for us... hahaha

Just because someone has tuned more evos than me doesnt warrant me a class below my grade. In the world of passion, nothing is more insulting than a comparision of one against another of an inferior rank.

Well, like the owner said, if people can do it, why can't us, well, sometimes, time is all that is required. A little more time, just a day or 2 more, and that idling of 1000 rpm can be achieve.

Well, we have evo 9 running on higher lift than his, and that idling at 1000 didnt seem to be running smoother than the 800 rpm idling? Does this mean my tuning sucks? hmm...

Well, the theory is simple. During idling, the job of the idle valve stepper motor is it regulates the amount of air 'leaking' into the chambers for explosion. His duty is to maintain the engine speed at 800 rpm constant and preventing the engine from stalling, this is the basics of fuel injection system. The rough idling is a result of the cams profile or valves overlapping and the solution is to change from high lift to normal cams or something else which i wouldnt say ... to get that stock factory idling back (<-- sams's job... not mine!). Increasing the ignition timing does help to smoothen the idling a little, but like all old birds say, this effect has lesser effect than that of the hardware itself, cb sam like to show off his hardware knowlege to people after installing this and that, he describes his job better than squeezing women's breasts. The ignition timing increase will 'float' the sine curve a little and with a more complete combustion, the amount of 'torque drop' per combustion is lesser. I seldom talk about theories in tuning, coz, there is little or no need to prove.

Well, its really simple. Like sam rubbing engine... its the engineer's brains in hardware that delivers the results, tuning is to make that hardware work as per expectation. High lift cams? All farkers know that idling will not be factory quality mah, people raise the idling because the farking car keeps stalling and moving off traffic is a pain in the arse. So, if the tuner can make it work at 800 rpm, like those ang mo kao tuner, why increase it? tio boh?

Simple right? No rocket science involved.

Anyway... I loaded the stock maps back into the evo 9 I tuned, coz, sam says so... Well, owner is going to DKZ to have it retuned. My first reaction was "CB! car runs so smooth, 3500 rpm full boost 2 bars, no hesitation, no bogs, no engine stalling, why should I detune it?"

sam-"Just listen to me... put it back for him"

"CB! mai leh... where got this kind of lan jiao dai jee one?"

sam-"Just let him go, people say other people can do it, why you cannot?"

"**slap head** okok, boss say, I do!"

After I loaded the maps back, I was feeling farked. Its never for the money... I do not for heaven sake discuss money with sam one... The feelings sucks mega... anyway... like all games, sometimes its like that one... owner then asked me if the engine's gonna blow running on the stock maps (** reaching into pocket and squeezing the left ball**)... I was like "what the fark...!"

Ok, owner has driven 1 day on my tuning... his friends have sat in it before and yes, car runs very very smoothly with full boost of 2 bars at 3500 rpm. Turbo is bigger than Green turbo. but thats history! Yah la yah la... turbo very good la... new ang moh turbo mah...

Now, we received a phone call from someone who knows the owner... kekeke... car now runs like a frog lor... kekekeke...

before you dive into the swimming pool, you bend down first then jump... you gotta show mother nature your big hairy balls and you've got the goods before you dive brudder... hahaha shiok shoik lor...hahaha

Car dive before surging forward. I like... :) muahahahaha

Eh, DIIIiiiiiiveeee... then goooo.... diiiiivveeee then goooo....

maybe some people like to poke a different type of hole lor... but, this is poking the nose liaoz brudder... hahahahaha poke the nose then poke the ears... hahahaha... tak shiok la brudder.... poke the nose leh... hahaha... quantity nose fark ... wah hahahaha !! OOhhhhh... my ears ... my ears... hahaha... pak pak pak... ooohhh....

Verdict:
Yes, Sam clapped his hands when he heard the news.... Me? hohoho.... I laughed so bad, oh, my god... truely, from the bottom of my lam pah jee, tuning is fun.

You wanna know what it was like before...--> Evo 9 MR tuned
ok... serioudly, at least he tried my tuning before... it just that probably, we're not destined to work together thats all... no hard feelings...

Me and sam now arguing how to make a frog out of the evo 9... maybe, we can side bet then try it out on some in future... muahahaha... just kidding...

have a good laugh, shrug it off your shoulder, have a nice weekend ahead... cheers!!

more to come

I still have some old stories coming up:

Suzuki swift sport turbo charged on methanol
Honda stream turbo charged switching from Microtech ecu to run on emanage ultimate

and RX8 supercharged fine tuning

Subaru WRX 2.5L for 600 bhp

Subaru WRX 2.5L for 600 bhp

Eh, this turbo is super duper turbo lor... sillypore not many. I take this chance to pay my respects to WL, he has the winner ride everyone wants. Ah joe and WL departure has affected alot of us and their rides is an example of fine workmanship, it is a pity that good racers do leave us.

WL's ride runs on this super duper turbo and on 40 tiang... my red wrx only manage to keep a close distance on the initial 2 gears, on the 3rd gear, WL is already 2 lamp post in front. On 4th gear, 3 lamp post in front. The exhaust was roaring through the 3" straight through exhaust system down the alley.

Before the second drag, WL's front diffuser gave way. Sam fix it up on the spot... our dear 7777 was there also that night. Witnessing this race is definately an eye-opener. Deep down I wanted to raise another good ride to win WL's ride. When I heard of his departure, my heart dropped.

WL owns the ride that wins. Kudos.

Ok, to breed another ride like that is not easy. Alot of kungfu is required lor.

When Siao jian's ride was fully tuned to 1.9 bars of boost, something gave way... the wastegate refused to open! cbb lor... 7777 owner was in the car when that happened. knn, just 1 pull at 4000 rpm and suddenly, boooom! A series of white smoke came puffing out from the exhaust... knn, somemore can make o-rings lor... the feeling is damn shitty lor.

This engine to build 500+ bhp, we just put in a forged pistons and conrods lor... then already finished tuning 1.9 bar of boost then this sort of things happen...

As a tuner, this is something very very disheartening, standing beside a injured car is something everyone dreads. When things like this happens, the standard procedure in investigating the cause starts.

You can determine whether is the tuner's fault or not based on this investigation. The very reason for not pushing cars past their limits is to avoid situation like this lor.

But, like all things, shit does happen.

This investigation is very well established as I write, since so many incidents have happened in the past to so many people, the procedures and protocols are well adopted by all workshops as fair and non-bias.

Ok, pistons and conrods reveal no pingings, no lean or over fueling. The sleeves of this engine broke. The pressure from the turbo is so high, it generated so much pressure, enough to split the engine chambers. Blowing an engine with perfectly tuned maps... hmm... they say I good... I fark them lor... hahaha... feeling suxs...

Building a 600 bhp car is no simpe feat. No one says its easy. And wastegate jamming on us is definately a lousy thing to happen.

Ok, this ride now comes with forged sleeves, my maps interpolated for 2.4 bars of boost. This valuable experience of 2.4 bars of boost comes from another ride with forged sleeves, cams, conrods, pistons, valves springs and retainers. Having tune a 2.4 bars of boost, I know what is required for siao jian's ride.

sam's still working on this ride and I certainly look forward to seeing this ride in action. Once this ride races, I'll definately post up some video clips here... kekekeke...

once again, this ride comes with so much installed, I'll leave the details to the next time I tune this ride.

Honda Euro R with methanol

Honda Euro R with methanol

Ok, we all know playing NA is damn expensive lor... if mola is not a concern, then water-methanol injection kit on NA will generate an additional 20~30 whp. Not much I know, as compared to turbo charging, the amount of bhp gain is definately not worth the effort.

However, in garmen opinion, they prefer playing NA lor... anyway, 20~30 whp is on the safe side la... I don't think I should push it to the very limits of the engine la, later even friends also cannot be then jia lat already.

Usually, in tuning, I prefer to do the car as-if its my own, its a need to get the most out of the current setup and imagine how I would like the car to be. Driving a ridiculously modified car is nothing new to me, I still enjoy every bit of it and I definately know how it is like to own a lemon. hahaha... if the car stalls every morning, or stalls while you drive down the multi-storey carpark every morning, that frustrates me totally.

I would keep one map for day-to-day driving, another for drag, and another for track. They are all different lor... hahaha... Not very very different, they are similar but the difference can be felt. At least by me.

There are times when times didnt turn out as expected, no doubt, like in every game, there are days when you win and days you don't. Maybe one day, I can be like michael shoe-maker, win and win like nobody business hahaha... even so, its still his passion in racing.

ok, though the number of lost race is damn few, those are the car that stayed in my memory all the time. I think its human la, my humble apologies to those... we tend to remember the lows more than the ups... With a blog site, it will be easy to track everything i guess ...

OK ok... fark the moody feeling, this Honda euro R is a damn luxury ride to own. Posh posh looking, lots of room space, and guess what,... honda race tuned this ride stock from the factory! :)

Verdict:
This kit is seriously meant for streching the limits with the stock setup. It would be better to TC this ride for the eye-opening wow effect.

Subaru TS 1.5L Turbo Powerup

Subaru TS 1.5L Turbo Powerup

Yes, you can refer to the previous post here on the initial setup

Then, owner installs water-methanol injection kit, plus powervalve!

Now, this automatic transmission car has a powerpacked mid to high range powerband. You can just imagine, when you gun the car on traffic sprints, you'll noticed that the car sucks mega on 0~2500 rpm. The culprit is the automatic transmission. The inability to launch this ride will push this car out of the drag category automatically.

In drag, gear 1 can determine whether you win or lose. Those owners with dual mappings in their ride will concur with me. Those tuned on drag will find themselves very far in front on launch! Launch control is a fantastic device to have, but, this comes at the expense of the turbo, gears, clutch and engine. Manually launching the car demands more skill from the driver and properly launching the car is the only way to ensure the system remain intact for a long time.

Ok, fark drag... on 3000 rpm, this TS simply pulls like crazy... with the powervalve open, knn, those beside surely kenna shocked one lor... hahaha

methanol is a devilish liquid that transform your normal 98 octance fuel into race fuel. The water component then increases the chamber compression and the latent heat capacity of water displaces alot of heat from the engine chambers. This liquid wil squirted into the engine can enhance the spool up of turbo and also churns out alot of torque from the engine.

So, thats what we did, turbo charged TS with water-methanol and powervalve. The results? hahaha... just remember, give subaru the credit for putting AVCS into this new TS... on Dyno, we clocked 220 bhp! Torque wise is only 30kg. Everyone's smiling and this ride drew the eyes of many workshops that witnessed this feat.

We're very honoured to be the first in sillypore to turbo charged this TS and now even so to run on water-methanol and powervalve. We were also the first monkeys to turbo charge the new Mitsubishi 1.5L lancer.

Many thanks to the proud owner of this ride for letting us have fun on this ride. Owner is our old time customer liaoz... his choice to scrap his old lancer to buy this 1.5L TS is definately well founded. Initially, we thought he was crazy lor... sell off a very good lancer glx turbo and buying a 1.5L TS.... hahahaha... now we know... :)

Very smooth car. Not as torquey as the usual, excellent on streets. You will enjoy the AVCS and coil on plug ignition... Oh, all these controlled using emanage Ultimate.

Verdict:
No doubt, if you do it right, you'll get to enjoy it. 220 bhp with smooth delivery of power throughout the rpms. Automatic transmission for the lazy bumps... hahaha

Subaru WRX with VF22 turbo

Subaru WRX with VF22 turbo

Yes, 2 months back also... kekeke...

This ride is recommended to us by another reputable workshop, in the good old days, they specialise in RX-7 or any kind of rotary engines, they are experts in repairing rotary engines, no doubt about that, they still do the same darn good job till date. Their car setup is a little different from us, and, kudos to them, they can do a damn good job too. You can learn a little or 2 from these people and push your own tech forward.

Owner maintains his car at this workshop and which tuning is done by us, he wanna switch from microtech standalone to use standard ecu with reflash. The main reason for this switch is to allow the car to have better fuel economy thats all.

Little did he know that the car ended up with a very strong spool up and high end horse power. We highlighted to him that the current setup is unable to hold the boost at high rpms and requested to have it fixed and come back for re-tuning. Yes, he did come back of course...

ok, VF22 is a very good all rounder turbo, it give very early spool ups and a strong high end powerband. This ride runs mainly on stock internals and stock injectors which we also expressed some concerns in building high boost with this setup. Running the injectors to its max duration is definately not the correct way to tune the ride, so, we settled for less in the end. Until the necessary equipment is installed, we cannot build the kind of horsepower we need.

Usually when sam fixes up a car, he simply aims for a targeted horsepower and do all the necessary to achieve it. Basically, on this turbo, we can generate 350 whp easily on a 2L engine. Whats installed, turbo inlet, vf22, boost controller, and all controlled using openecu reflash... yes, I know, not enough to generate that target bhp. But, owner is happy lor... He is contented with this setup and the tuning. Coz, last time, 1 tank can only run 200 km, now, he confidently boast a FC of 500++ km.

Idling is stable at 800 rpm. No stalling and no cel lights.

There is still alot of potential on this ride and I am definately looking forward to tuning this ride to it maximum potential. Of course, there is no hurry in this la... this kind of play play things can wait one la...

Verdict:
To cook this vf22 dish, you need injectors of minimum 800 cc, preferably a wastegate or something and maybe you wanna upgrade that top mount intercooler to run front mount instead. Then, you upgrade the fuel and ignition system to stablize the entire setup... I think there are a little bit more stuff to add, that, I'll leave it to sam to tok cock over tea... hahaha...

Mazda MX-5 Miata

Mazda MX-5 Miata

2 months back, I got the opportunity to work on a very very rare Mx-5 miata. This ride comes stock turbo-charged. What I need to do is boost it up a little and then tune the ride, at the same time, remove the rev limiter.

Owner is a doctor brudder... I tell you la, you go and see doctor, they use those ET ears and stick on your neh neh... then they poke thermometers into your mouth to measure the temperature... These smarties are truely a different breed of people... everytime I look myself in the mirror, I still think I can be an astronut, but, cb lah... if my dick longer by 1 inch, I can at least be president of sillypore...

anyway, locktors are damn sensitive and very very detailed lor... I think those see pimples one even more particular lor... see pimples leh... wah lao, whats there to see? but, they must tell you very detail report on that pimple also lor...

So, I tune a doctors car... YEAH!! everyone, raise your arms in the air and shake those armpit hair!! woo hoo... boom boom boom... kekeke :)

Eh, fark u understand, every little pimple on my tuning also kenna bang balls lor... sam, you cb, next time can recommend more construction workers? especially those from the IR one...

to be fair, the owner is very forgiving liaoz... he has a very kind heart and his knowledge on cars can beat any ah-de-ah-kao hands down. I left my maps unlocked on this ride. This is the only ride I left my tuning unlocked... so, please don't go download and spread... those are my special methods in tuning... yah. I say special means special hahahaha

owner shares the theory on oil pressure to measure the suitabilty of oil vicosity on different rides. You see, after I tok to loktor long enough, I also become complicated liaoz... hahaha

Ok, tuning this ride is truely a challenge. Removing rev-cut takes half my brain cells... the other half is to solve the frequent bogs in the car... So, to cook this dish properly, tweaking the temperature sensors is required. Cannot tell you how though, coz, sam reads my blog site too... then spark plugs also must tweak a little here and there... then lamdba sensor there also must touch touch a little.

The mappings with and without temperature sensor tweaking is totally different lor. To begin with, I think in my opinion, the base map got a little bit of problem la... the close loop setting is a little too lean during spool ups and can cause the car to have some problem. The other pesky problem is after idling for some time, the cel light will illuminate by itself, and the solution to this is in the ignition systems. Cel code says its ignition or coil circuit malfunction. Cel seems to point to wiring of the emanage Ultimate.

Anyway, solve already, sam is damn smart lor... tiu.

Ok, on this ride, car pulls very strong on spool ups, 3000~3500 rpms will be the best region to feel the effects of a mid ranged turbo. Overall, I think this ride is fabulous. Its got the looks, the feel and the power of a sports car. Everything you see on this doc's car comes with a wealth of knowledge and lots of research. What I know is nothing comparable, so, it is good to reveal my humble tuning methods to people like that. They take and enhance their knowledge further... again tuning to me is really for fun but, I do respect the rice bowls of other professional tuner around, so, charges wise, please go to sam :)

Now, doc's car runs on olins suspensions... he told me some 5kg of something something, hiaz... me tuning boleh boleh... other thing cannot la... no choice. lam pah also big and small, what to do...

Like all cars after turbo charging. Please try not to boost during warm-up phase... and also give the car some cooling down time for the turbo to wind down... this is ah pek's old theory for engine's longevity, so, please take note...

anyway... this ride is already out of production liaoz... verdict?

Verdict:
hahaha... damn good. Exotic ride. Limited edition, sillypore only have 2 of this model. In the world, less than 5000 produced.

Toyota Vios Turbo charged

Toyota Vios Turbo charged

Yes, one more... this one slightly different. Initially, sam thought this car only needs some fine tuning, then ended up fixing up some rusty old turbo...

Car was done up in truely asia, car came with a old old turbo, like grandma trying to run marathon and running out of breath too early, then saw the wires are totally trashed. hahaha... Even the previous mechanic also end up not picking the phone... hahaha ok ok, fark the past. Here's what we did, replace the turbo with a working one, clean up the wirings, fix up the emanage blue settings, fix up the normal driving.

The car now runs clean with much lesser fuel during day-to-day driving, the crusing boast extremely good fuel consumption, which in-turn will pay itself overtime for the money spent fixing. Fuel economy can be up to 50% improvement. Its like you spent maybe 1000 bucks, then every month petrol say 900 bucks, you will save 450 bucks per month. Over 2 months, all the petrol money saved can pay off the initial bill itself.

Power wise, hahaha, now boosting at the current setup's limits. 0~100 should be in the 7seconds region while good high end turbo power. Turbo spools up very strongly at 3000 rpm, full boost at 3500 rpm. Vios is famed for it light chasis of 950 kg, VVTi technology, and its FWD, this 3 factors itself will give the stock ride a 0~100 in 9.5 secs. With the turbo installed, this ride not only shaves off 2 seconds off the century sprint, it also transforms this ride into a quarter mile car. The 0~160 is impressive and would give a similar performance as that of a stock wrx. Hitting 200 km/h on a turbo charged vios is easy. Its now left to the driver's discipline and skill to control the new found power.

Fixing up this ride is challenging. As compared to a stock condition vios, this ride arrives as a puzzle. We didnt know what happened in the past and what was causing the car to flood with fuel even in normal driving. The frustrating frequent stalling and sluggish boosts can only be compared to a abnormal NA car. And to be able to diagnose this ride accurately and fix it up in 4 to 5 days, I would give myself a pat on the back.hahaha :)

As the owner of this ride, I would feel a good sense of satisfaction. In car modification, it not always doing it right the first time, it sometimes means getting a car that sucks mega big time, and fixing it to what he thinks it should be. Research and reading up will give you a head start on what needs to be done. Some of the things we fix up is the close-loop tuning, bov, turbo, boost controller, ignition system etc... :), We fix up the idling to be stable at 600 rpm, also fix up those back-firing and stallings... and many many more la...

The first tuning is to clear those carbon buildup in the exhaust system :) we were like optopus on the loose lor... hahaha, looking at the rear mirror and seeing cars siam you is damn funny lor... next time should install camera to capture those moments hahahaha...

Some big achievements on this ride would be the improvement of FC by 50%, increasing the horsepower by 40++ bhp, increasing the longevity of the engine.

Shiok la, you take something shitty and turn it to something golden, now sitting on a proper stage 3 setup. No more optopus...

Whats next? Practise and more practise, possible to the tracks to polish up those corners...

This ride comes with boost controller, front mount intercooler, big injectors, wrx turbo, open pod filter and all controlled using greddy emanage blue. Engine is stock 1.6L 1NZ-Fe.

Verdict:
This ride is slightly different from the norm, you basically send in an optopus and turn it into gonzilla. hahaha... good la.

Evo 9 MR

Evolution 9 MR

Yes, this is a fabulous ride, this ride has a new and rare turbo, able to generate 450 ++ whp, high lift cams, 1000cc injectors, staging fuel pumps, fuel regulator and controlled using openecu

What we did was simple, make the car spool up at 2500 rpm and let it hit 2 bars at 3500 rpm. With the high lift cams and mivec, 9000 rpm should be an issue.

Thats all that we did, no knock registered and basically, I think this is simply fabulous. Idling is stable at 800 rpm no stalling, but, this particular version of openecu doesnt provide the maps for evo 9 MR idling control. If we are going to raise to 1000 rpm, the evo 9 MR would be an issue, other model seems to work fine.

anyway... thats history.

Mitsubishi Lancer Ex 1.5L Turbo Charged

Mitsubishi Lancer Ex 1.5L Turbo Charged

Yah, I know, I havent updated the blog for donkey years liaoz... so many cars done up but never update .... hahaha... from no time to lazy haha...

This ride comes with a 1.5L powerplant, can bus protocol for its ecu, automatic transmission, drive-by-wire throttle body and, overall feeling of this ride is nice. Car feels very comfortable and the interior is definately appealing and in tuned with whats new in the market.

Mitsubishi uses most of the latest japanese technology available like twin cams mivec and an arsenal of sensors to control this car.

Whats we felt lacking in this sporty looking ride is horsepower. We already know that modifying NA cars won't get anywhere near what we wanted and we chose a turbo charger to allow positive displacement to push this ride to a new level.

To cook this 170 bhp dish, we put in a TD04 turbo from a wrx, turbo blow-off-valve, HKS open pod filter, silicon pipings, high grade stainless steel pipings, cast extractor, boost controller and control all these with emanage ultimate. Putting the ingredients together is easy since the turbo kits is a direct bolt-on type.

For deserts, we can serve a Apexi turbo timer, high flow exhaust system, ATF cooler and maybe a bottle of alchohol from boost cooler water-methanol injection system to enjoy the most out of this ride.

As usual, deserts will be served later after the main course... kekeke...

We initially wanted to use emanage blue, but, initial investigations tells us that among our list of piggyback ECUs, only the emanage ultimate can control this car which runs on can-bus protocol. This initial investigation is conducted before we start the actual work for obvious reasons.

We have chosen this ecu among other piggybacks like destek unichip, EMS, AEM, SAFC, emanage blue, SMT-6 and haltech intercepter. All of which we have hands-on experience and we chose Ultimate with understanding of what is required to properly tune this ride to expectations.

I tell you, this ride is so farking sensitive, the moment it senses something is not right, it cuts off the control to the throttle body, and you will realise that stepping on the accelerator have no effect at all. You basically limp on gear 1 10~15 km/h to the nearest safe roadside.

There are a few things that will trigger this kind of reaction and putting a turbo into this ride is definately one of them.

So, day 1 tuning ended at 4am and day 2 tuning completed at 10 pm. Well, we took so long because the number of sensors inside this car is amazing lor. Mitsu really maximize the 500k bps stock ecu lor, and luckily, lim pek also quite up-to-date one. I have the latest diagnostic tools in the market to tackle this baby... hahaha, its like dat one, you have anti-virus and stuff but, still got people still can hack and break codes hahaha... what to do, LPPL one lah... just suck it up.

Turbo kicks in early at 2500 rpm and full boost at 3500 rpm. The car basically feels very very light as a result of this early spool up and because of the characteristics of this TD-04 turbo, at 3500 rpm onwards, the powerband is damn shiok. At 4500, you have the mivec effect kicking in and continues to pull the car all the way to redline.

Day-to-day drive is as per normal, you can expect much more horsepower in overtaking conditions and of course, when you floor the acclerator, hell breaks loose!

The main difference between the 1.6L turbo and 1.5L turbo besides the capacity, would be the mivec system. In the 1.6L, you will realise that high end power is some what lacking a little (without high-lift cams), and mitsubishi employs the help of the mivec cams to assist in the powerband of the mid to high. To our delight of course.

Tuning this reminds me of the colt plus turbo which runs on can-bus protocol. Essentially, alot of this lancer ex's technology is coming from its predeccesors like the new subaru TS taking the AVCS from the STi. Challenging of course and if we manage to get this up and running and up to everyone's expectations, hahaha... shiok. Boost wise? definately not 0.5 bars. None of our cars are tuned so low... hahahaha....

The stock 1.5L did remind me alot of stock subaru TS.

Overall, this ride is definately in-tuned with the latest in car fashion.

Verdict:
Cheapest option to move out of the underpowered category. We just sent this ride for dyno and the earlier recipie for 170 bhp is now changed to 200 bhp dish. The Mivec technology should have been in the lancer earlier la... hahaha

side-track :
Lately, we tuned a Honda ESI... knn, that farking ride is so scary, all my leg hair stood up when the car's turbo spooled... the car snaked as the car pulls.... boost? 1.4 bars.
